In order to contend as a premier fraternity on Florida State University’s competitive campus, and on a new fraternity row, Florida State’s Sigma Phi Epsilon developed plans for a capital campaign to fund the creation of a premier chapter house.

Create suite-style rooms to accommodate 55 members

Become a Residential Learning Community, including study lounges and office/conference space available for the Florida Epsilon Faculty Fellow

Install the mandatory fire/safety features by adding fire suppression and fire alarm systems throughout the entire house

Install up-to-date and efficient heating, electrical, and plumbing systems

Install data ports to allow for broadband Internet access, and wireless Internet throughout the Chapter house
